Policies and Procedures Payments It's All About Paris accepts PayPal. We do not accept cash or COD's. When we receive your payment, your order will be shipped. Shipping Options It's All About Paris makes every effort to used the most cost effective and/or efficient form of transport We do not refund shipping.. Damage/Loss in Shipping We take every precaution to make sure your package arrives in a complete and timely manner. However, "stuff" happens. If your package does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please immediately contact us and the shipping carrier. Hold on to the container and all the packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipping carrier. They may need to inspect the merchandise . Call the shipping carrier and then email us the information for the carrier so we can process the claim. It's All About Paris will gladly exchange the item or credit your credit card or Pay Pal. +Repack the item in its original packaging and include the packing invoice. +Send back your item(s) with an insured courier.
